Payment Information: bKash transaction ID and phone number when upgrading to Pro.
WhatsApp Settings: Phone number for WhatsApp notification delivery.

Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type.
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform.
IP Address: For security and fraud prevention purposes.
Cookies: Authentication cookies (Supabase session tokens) to keep you logged in.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Shopra platform.
To process your orders, manage your account, and generate invoices.
To send WhatsApp notifications about new orders (Pro users only).
To process subscription payments and manage billing.
To improve our platform features based on usage patterns.
To send important service-related notifications (plan expiry, security alerts).
To prevent fraud and ensure platform security.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (Supabase) with encryption at rest.
All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of data.
Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with secure session management.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Supabase: Database and authentication (stores your account and business data).
Meta WhatsApp API: To send order notifications to your WhatsApp number (Pro users).
Vercel: Hosting and deployment infrastructure.

These services have their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to function.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
We do not share your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
We may share data if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
Your business data (products, orders, customers) is visible only to you.

You have the right to:

Access: View all data we hold about you.
Export: Download your business data (Pro users can export to Excel/PDF).
Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Opt-out: Disable WhatsApp notifications at any time in Settings.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). These cookies are required for the platform to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. You can clear cookies from your browser at any time, but this will log you out.

8. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account, data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Inactive free accounts may have their data archived after 30 days.
Payment records (transaction IDs) are kept for 1 year for accounting purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
