1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shopra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Shopra is a web-based platform designed for Bangladeshi online sellers (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp-based businesses) to manage products, orders, customers, and invoices. We offer both a Free plan and a Pro subscription plan with advanced features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • One person or business entity may register only one account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Plan

  • Free plan users can manage up to 20 products and 50 orders per month.
  • Free plan includes basic features such as store page, invoice generation, and order tracking.
  • We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Pro Subscription

  • Pro plan costs ৳299 per month, payable via bKash.
  • Subscription is activated after payment verification (within 24 hours).
  • Pro plan includes unlimited products, unlimited orders, advanced reports, WhatsApp notifications, and branding features.
  • Subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
  • Renewal requires a new payment before the current subscription expires.

6. Payment & Billing

  • All payments are processed through bKash (Send Money).
  • You must provide a valid bKash transaction ID when submitting a payment request.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the Pro plan has been activated, except as described in our Refund Policy.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect transaction IDs or failed payments.

7. User Content & Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload (products, orders, customer information).
  • By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your data complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Use automated bots or scrapers to interact with the Service.
  • Violate any applicable local or international laws.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
  • We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to technical issues, third-party failures, or force majeure events.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.
  • After 30 days of inactivity on a free account, we may archive your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopra and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
